Healing Happens in Relationship

Authentic connection with others on the path allows for lasting growth. Join a curated group of courageous individuals and experience powerful transformation, together.

We are communal beings. We need each other to bear witness to sorrow and celebrate joy. Doing so makes us more fully real and capable.

Sometimes the most profound healing happens when we realize we're share so much in common. In these intimate groups, you'll discover that your sensitivity, your obstacles, and your unique gifts are not only welcomed—they're essential to the collective healing that emerges when people show up as their real selves, together.

A Different Kind of Healing Work

Small groups are intimate, ongoing experiences where carefully selected participants come together to learn, explore healing practices, emotional expansion, and authentic expression in relationship. These aren't typical support groups or educational workshops—they're transformational containers designed to help you access your wholeness alongside others on similar journeys.

These groups help you:

Complete stuck patterns together

using the power of collective healing and witness

Build capacity and resilience

through community support and shared experiences

Create conscious choice

in how you show up in relationships and community

Develop authentic expression

in the safety of a carefully curated group

Where collective support weaves a new tapestry of knowing yourself.

    — Kari

  • "I loved how Kath helped us attune to elements of support already present around us. Though it was only one session, I felt a real shift in my dynamic with my son—more compassionate toward him and myself, able to slow reactions down and stay in my body."

    — Betsy

A Fellow Traveler's Approach

group work invites a deeper experience.

I understand group dynamics from years of facilitating healing containers and from being in the vulnerable seat myself, learning to be authentic in community.

My training in both Somatic Experiencing (SEP) and Integral Somatic Psychology (ISP) gives me specialized skills for holding multiple nervous systems in one place.

I know how to create deep places for people to explore their edges while maintaining healthy boundaries and group cohesion. I believe in collective wisdom—while I guide the container, I trust that each group has its own intelligence that emerges when people know they are really listened to and seen clearly.

What sets my group facilitation apart:

A woman with short, wavy hair sitting at a table, resting her chin on her hand, smiling slightly, in a black-and-white photograph.

Professional somatic training applied to group dynamics and nervous system regulation

Personal experience as a group participant learning vulnerability in community

Years of facilitation experience creating containers for authentic expression

Skill in holding multiple people through emotional activation safely

I have more tools, awareness, and most importantly, choice. This choice is everything. It gives me so much permission to try this on & see how it lands. If it doesn’t, I can pivot.

What You're Wondering

  • We begin every group with clear agreements about confidentiality and emotional safety. What's shared stays in the group, and I model this commitment consistently.

  • Many participants start feeling nervous about sharing. I create safety for all personality types and you're never forced to share more than feels comfortable.

  • While therapy groups focus on processing mental health challenges, these containers focus on growth, expansion, and building capacity for authentic living.

  • We work together to help you stay connected to the group process through make-up options or one-on-one check-ins when needed.

  • Through brief conversations to ensure good group chemistry and that participants are at similar readiness levels for the work.

  • Group anxiety is common and something we work with gently. The container is designed to help you practice being authentic in community safely.
