Your Healing Journey
Initial Session (30 minutes)
We'll start by exploring what brought you here and what you're hoping to shift. I'll help you begin to notice what's happening in your body and how your nervous system responds to different experiences.
Ongoing Sessions (50 minutes)
Each session is tailored to what's alive for you that day. We might work with breathing patterns, body awareness, movement that helps stuck energy find completion, or integration practices for your daily life.
Between Sessions I'll often suggest simple practices to support your continued growth—nothing overwhelming, just gentle tools that fit into your real life.

Walking sessions can be particularly helpful for anxiety or feeling "stuck," creative blocks, integration after intense emotional work, or anyone who processes better while moving.

For 20 years, I lived disconnected from my body, not realizing the price I was paying. This work helped me move out of 15 years of depression and find my way back to myself.
I'm trained in both Somatic Experiencing (SEP) and Integral Somatic Psychology (ISP), giving me a comprehensive toolkit for supporting your nervous system's natural healing capacity.
