Not at all. This work supports anyone wanting to live with more ease, confidence, and authentic expression. We all have stress responses that could benefit from completion and integration. Trauma takes many shapes and isn’t always obvious. Mine wasn’t. These can add up during childhood and are often found in our most significant relationships. But these hurts build up over time and erode a person’s self worth. There’s not anyone who hasn’t experienced some kind of rupture and the good news is we have the power to find wisdom in it and repair.
