Everything you want to know about somatic work, my approach, and how we might work together.

  • Somatic practices help you tune into your body's wisdom and nervous system responses. Instead of just thinking your way through challenges, you learn to include your body's intelligence in navigating life's complexities, creating more ease and authentic responses to whatever comes your way.

  • Therapists do incredible work processing past experiences and diagnosing mental health conditions. Somatic coaching focuses on practical tools for what's happening in your system right now, helping you build capacity for future challenges. Many clients do both and find they complement each other beautifully.

  • I'm trained as both a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and Integral Somatic Psychology (ISP) practitioner. I also bring 20+ years of lived experience navigating disconnection and finding my way back to myself, plus decades in the creative industry understanding artistic challenges.

  • Each session is tailored to what's alive for you that day. We might work with breathing patterns and nervous system regulation, body awareness and sensation tracking, movement that helps stuck energy find completion, or integration practices for your daily life.

  • Not at all. This work supports anyone wanting to live with more ease, confidence, and authentic expression. We all have stress responses that could benefit from completion and integration, whether from major events or daily life pressures.

  • Group Containers are intimate, ongoing experiences (6-12 sessions) with carefully selected participants for deep transformation work. Community Workshops are single-session events open to everyone, focused on skill-building and community connection with no long-term commitment.

  • This varies greatly from person to person. Some clients find significant relief in just a few sessions, while others work with me regularly for ongoing support. We'll check in regularly about what feels right for you, and there's no minimum commitment required.

  • Absolutely. Stage fright is your nervous system trying to protect you from perceived danger. We'll help it learn that sharing your gifts can actually be safe and joyful, transforming fear into excitement and authentic expression.

  • That's completely normal and exactly where we start. Many people live disconnected from body sensations. Part of this work is gently learning to notice and interpret your body's signals without pressure or judgment.

  • If you're tired of just coping and ready to build genuine capacity, if you want practical tools for life's challenges, or if you're curious about what your body might have to teach you, this work could be a good fit. Community Workshops are a great way to try it out.
